By using FamilyMoments, you agree to these Terms of Service. FamilyMoments is an AI-powered content publishing tool that generates and posts short videos to TikTok.

2. Use of Service

FamilyMoments uses TikTok's Content Posting API to publish AI-generated video content on behalf of authorized users. Users must have a valid TikTok account and comply with TikTok's Terms of Service.

3. AI-Generated Content

All video content published through FamilyMoments is AI-generated and will be labeled as such in accordance with TikTok's AI content disclosure requirements.

4. Limitation of Liability

FamilyMoments is provided as-is. We are not responsible for any content moderation decisions made by TikTok regarding published content.
